That the award of four Community Advice contracts for a 3 year period (1 August 2013 to 31 July 2016) to three providers as set out in paragraph 7 of the report for a combined annual contract value of £1,182,000 as further detailed in paragraph 7 of the report, making a total value of £3,546,000 for the three year contract period be approved.
