That the award of the professional services contract for Phase 1B of the directly funded housing delivery programme to Mott MacDonald Ltd (“Mott MacDonald”) at an estimated sum given in the closed version of this report, based on their percentage fee rates applied to an estimated overall construction cost in the sum of £38.8 million, using the Improvement & Efficiency South East (iESE)/Government Procurement Services (GPS) professional consultancy framework, for a period of approximately 46 months commencing in February 2013 is approved.
