1. That the revised forms of financial assistance to be offered to home owners, leaseholders, landlords and tenants in the private sector within the existing Housing Renewal Policy as set out in paragraph 23 are approved; and
2. That the financial assistance that is available excludes tenants of registered providers is approved.
