RESOLVED:
That major projects board agreed to authorise:
1. An amended extent of the Stead Street site, noting that the word not should be omitted from the second sentence of paragraph 12.2 so that it reads ‘The community orchard will be retained’.
2. The removal of Leroy Street from the scheme.
3. The exclusion of 98-104 Rodney Road from the scheme.
4. The withdrawal of the resolution to make a compulsory purchase of 98-104 Rodney Road.
5. The major projects board confirmed the revised extent of the replacement housing package and noted that this will produce enough social rented accommodation to meet demand from secure tenants who have been moved from the Heygate.
