1. That the draft Joint Carers’ Strategy for the period 2013 to 2016 be approved.
2. That an engagement programme be undertaken with carers to finalise the strategy.
3. That the intention to seek the endorsement of the strategy by the Health and Wellbeing Board and the Cabinet, following the engagement programme be approved.
