1. That the proposed statutory and non-statutory fees and charges for 2012/13 be agreed. To be implemented in April 2012.
2. That the proposed variation in charges for Area Management (table 1 of the report), Home Ownership (table 2 of the report) and Community Housing Services (table 3 of the report) be agreed.
3. That fees and charges relating to Travellers and Temporary Accommodation be implemented on 2 April, the start of the first rental week in 2012/13. All other charges to be implemented from 1 April 2012.
