1. That the food safety business plan for the year 2011 – 2012, as set out in Appendix 1 of the report be approved.
2. That the food safety team’s performance against the business plan for 2010 – 2011 be noted.
3. That the challenges facing the team in 2011 – 2012 and the recruitment and training needs in 2011 be noted.
