1. That the allocation of a proportion of Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) homelessness prevention grant to external organisations, pending the introduction of new commissioning arrangements be authorised.
2. That the proposed allocations set out in paragraphs 14, 16 and 17 of this report be approved.
3. That the proposal to introduce formal commissioning of external services funded through DCLG homelessness prevention grant be noted.
