1. That the grant and contract allocations for the Environment and Ecology Commissioning programme for the year 2011/12 as set out in Appendix 1 of the report be approved.
2. The cabinet member notes that discussions are being held with each organisation, the wind down arrangements and also that if necessary they will be eligible for the second round of transition funding.
