1.  That the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the appointment of information technology support and maintenance for the delivery of the revenue and benefits in house service be approved.

 

2.  That the cabinet negotiation with a single supplier via the Buying Solutions Framework be approved.

 

1.  That the award of the Information Technology support and maintenance contract to Northgate to start from 1 April 2011 to 31 July 2012, with the potential extension of 2 years in line with the existing provision within the Serco contract to 31 July 2014 be approved.
