Minutes:

The sub-committee were asked to consider the application for a minor variation to an existing premises licence, by Potters Field Managerment Trust Limited.  The applicant and the local resident who objected were not present at the meeting. The members had questions for the licensing officer.

 

The members considered the application and made the following decision.

 

RESOLVED:

 

The Licensing Sub-Committee have considered the application submitted by Potters Field Management Trust Limited for a minor variation to the premises licence issued in respect of Potters Field Park, Tooley Street, London SE1 2XS and have granted the application as follows:

 

To allow the performance of live and recorded amplified music and dance outdoors between the hours of 9.30 am and 12 noon on the Sundays of the London Marathon.

The reasons for this decision are as follows:

 

The sub-committee considered the application to have no adverse impact on the four licensing objectives.

 

Appeal rights

 

There are no appeal rights under section 41A (1) of the Licensing Act 2003.
