2.  Noted that for the purpose of calculating the allocation of seats on committees, only political groups with greater than one member are considered.

 

3.  Noted changes to proportionality and agreed the change to the allocation of seats on committees from that agreed by council assembly on 25 February 2026. The new allocation is set out at paragraphs 9, 10, and 11 of the report, in Tables 2, 3 and 4.
