The Mayor announced that all councillors had been granted a dispensation by the monitoring officer to vote on Item 2.2: Setting the council tax 2026-27.
Councillor Hamish McCallum declared a pecuniary interest in item 2.1: Policy and resources strategy: 2026-27 budget and medium term financial strategy, as his partner works for KPMG. He left the room for this item and took no part in the decision-making.
