The Business Unit Manager Neighbourhood Nuisance introduced the report.

There was a discussion and members had questions for the officers.

Members raised some issues regarding the formatting of the documentation, which the Business Unit Manager Neighbourhood Nuisance advised they would amend.

RESOLVED:

That the licensing committee:

a)  Considered and approved the Southwark’s Statement of Licensing Policy 2026-2031, provided at Appendix A(subject to the formatting issues raised by members)

b)  Recommended that Council Assembly agree to the publication of the Southwark Statement of Licensing Policy for 2026-2031 (Appendix A).
