To approve as a correct record, the minutes of the meeting held on 22 May 2024.  To also approve the minutes of the meetings held on 29 November 2023 (resubmitted), 11 December 2023, 10, 22, 23 January, and 4 March 2024 (to be circulated separately).

RESOLVED:

The Minutes of the meeting held on 22 May 2024 were approved as a correct record.

It was reported that the outstanding Minutes would be circulated to the next meeting for approval.
