The licensing officer addressed the sub-committee and advised that due to an administrative error, the representations from other persons had not been included in the agenda and the applicant was not aware of these representations.

It was therefore proposed that the meeting would be postponed to 23 April 2024, in order to give the applicant an opportunity to address the representations from the other persons.

The members of the sub-committee agreed to this request.

RESOLVED:

That the hearing of this item shall be postponed to 23 April 2024 at 10am.
