RESOLVED:
1. That council assembly agreed the following dates for meetings of council assembly be fixed in the council calendar for the 2023-24 municipal year:

2. That council assembly agreed dates for Mayor Making / Annual meetings of council assembly for 2025 to 2027 municipal years as detailed in paragraph 6 of the report.
3. That the calendar of council meetings for the 2023-24 municipal year as shown at Appendix 1 of the report be noted.
