The chair advised that, based on legal advice, the applicant should have provided a detailed schedule of works with the application. The meeting would be postponed to allow the applicant time to put together a detailed schedule of works.

The licensing officer advised that the requests made by the responsible authorities in their representations should form the basis of the schedule of works.

RESOLVED:

That the hearing of the application shall be postponed until the applicant has provided a detailed schedule of works to the licensing authority.  At that point a new hearing date shall be arranged.
