The legal officer advised that the officer form the Metropolitan Police Service wished to make an application to postpone the meeting.

The officer from the Metropolitan Police Service addressed the sub-committee.  They advised that their main witness was not available and that there was evidence that they wished to refer to, which was not available.

It was also confirmed that the premises had late evidence, which they wished to submit and refer to.

The chair proposed that in the public interest that the hearing be postponed to 10am on 10 November 2022. The other sub-committee members agreed to this proposal.

All parties present also agreed to this and confirmed that they would be able to attend the meeting on 10 November 2022.

RESOLVED:

That in the public interest, the hearing shall be postponed to 10am on 10 November 2022.
