The Mayor welcomed the new members, and thanked those who stepped down or were not elected following the local council elections in May 2022.
The Mayor announced the sad death of Norma Gibbes. Councillor Dora Dixon-Fyle spoke about her life. The meeting took a minute’s silence in her memory.
