The committee heard the officer’s introduction to the report.

Members of the committee asked questions of the officers present.

RESOLVED:

1. That planning committee approves the release of £700,703.45 from the council’s Green Buildings Fundto fund energy efficiency improvement works as part of the refurbishment of up to 18 council homes on Manor Grove within the Tustin Estate as set out below. A more detailed breakdown of funds that will be drawn down is included elsewhere in this report.
