The licensing team leader presented their report.  Members had questions for the licensing team leader.

There was a discussion and following the discussion the committee agreed to the recommendations in the report.

RESOLVED:

That the licensing committee:

1.  Considered and approved the Southwark Statement of Gambling Policy 2022-2025 provided at Appendix A to this report.

2.  Agreed that no amendments to Southwark’s Statement of Gambling Policy 2022-2025 were required following the public consultation.

3.  Recommended that council assembly agree the publication of the Southwark Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy for 2022-2025 (Appendix A).
