Minutes:
6.1 The sub-committee discussed the fact that similar work is going on elsewhere in the council and until that work had been completed it was thought better to postpone the review.
6.2 The sub-committee did some initial scoping of the Decluttering Topic.
6.3 It was decided that the sub-committee would look at the last 20 decluttering schemes that Southwark has undertaken. The sub-committee wanted pictorial representations from each scheme to show what difference each scheme has made.
6.4 At the first meeting the sub-committee wanted to hear from Des Waters, Councillor Paul Kyriacou, and representatives from Street Scene.
6.5 At the second meeting the sub-committee wanted to take evidence from disability and community groups along with other interested and appropriate parties.
