To approve as correct records the Minutes of the open section of the meetings held on 9 February, 3 March, 22 March and 8 July 2021.

RESOLVED:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on 9 February 2021 be approved as a correct record.

It was reported that the outstanding Minutes of the meetings held 3 March, 22 March and 8 July 2021 would be submitted to the next meeting for approval.

Councillor Victor Chamberlain raised concern over the timeliness of minutes being submitted for approval.
