The licensing officer presented their report. Members had no questions for the licensing officer.

The applicant (the premises user) addressed the sub-committee.  Members had questions for the premises user.

The Metropolitan Police Service officer; objecting to the temporary event notice application addressed the sub-committee. They also called upon the trading standards officer as a witness.  Members had questions for the police officer and the trading standards officer.

Towards the end of the proceedings, the premises user advised that they wished to withdraw their application for the temporary event notice.
