Councillor Victor Chamberlain declared an interest in Item 5, Interview with the Southwark Borough Commander, London Fire Brigade, in particular around any discussion relating to building safety, as he lived in a property impacted by cladding Issues. He reported that a number of members on the committee received a dispensation when the issue of building safety was discussed at the Council Assembly meeting held on 24 November 2021.
