The licensing team leader introduced the report. 

The licensing team leader advised that comments made by the Liberal Democrats group,  in relation to the policy consultation had been inadvertently left out.  The comments from the Liberal Democrats group were circulated.

Members had questions for the principal licensing officer.

RESOLVED:

That the committee considered the public consultation conducted on the draft amendments of the Southwark statement of licensing policy and recommended  the draft policy in Appendix A for approval by council assembly.
