LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK - LATE NIGHT LEVY CONSULTATION
Minutes:
The principal licensing officer updated the committee on the late night levy. Members had questions for the principal licensing officer.
RESOLVED:
That agreement be given to go ahead with the late night levy consultation on the understanding that written correspondence from MOPAC agreeing that 100% of the monies will come to the council will be in place by 7 January 2019.
