7.1 The Chair welcomed the following officers Dave Markham Director of Asset Management, Paul Langford Director of Resident Services, David Eatwell Area Manager (North), Tony Hunter Head of Engineering and Josey Wilson Supported Pathways Manager to the meeting to present the report and take questions from the sub-committee and residents.

7.2 The sub-committee noted the report and progress on fire safety issues which were highlighted in the report and appendices.

7.3 The sub-committee requested legal advice regarding private sector landlords not accepting tenants in receipt of housing benefit, which could be taken at the next meeting of the sub-committee.
