To approve the award of a contract for the provision of Arboricultural Services.

RESOLVED:

1.  That the award of a contract for the provision of Arboricultural Services to Gristwood and Toms Limited be approved, as outlined in the report.

2.  That the authority to exercise the option to extend the Arboricultural Services Contract be delegated to the strategic director of environment and housng that is referred to in paragraph 6 of the report, if this is considered to be appropriate at the relevant time.
