Note: this is an executive function for decision by the community council.

Councillors to note the funded schemes and to agree to update the Community Infrastructure Project List (CIPL) for this community council, which replaces the previous CIPL agreed September 2014. 

Alistair Huggett, Planning Projects Manager, introduced the item.

Alistair explained that Southwark allocated 25% of community infrastructure levy (CIL) funds collected on local priorities in the area where the development was situated, with the remainder going to major infrastructure projects. He invited residents and councillors to contact him if they had any suggestions for future projects at: alistair.huggett@southwark.gov.uk or 020 7525 5576.

Councillors considered the information contained in the report.

RESOLVED:

1.  That the funded schemes set out in Appendix 2 of the report be noted.

2.  That the update of the community infrastructure project list (CIPL) for the Camberwell Community Council area, set out in Appendix 2 of the report, be agreed.
