The licensing officer presented their report.  They advised that the police, environmental protection team and the public health authority had conciliated with the applicant.  They advised that the licensing officer representing the council as a responsible authority had requested to see a copy of the lease for the premises. 

Copies of the lease were distributed.  The meeting adjourned at 11.51am to allow the sub-committee to read the lease.  The meeting reconvened at 12.15pm.

The applicant addressed the sub-committee.  Members had questions for the applicant.

The licensing officer representing the council as a responsible authority addressed the sub-committee.  Members had questions for the licensing officer.

The meeting went into closed session at 12.50pm.

The meeting resumed at 1.10pm and the chair read out the decision of the sub-committee.

RESOLVED:

That the meeting be adjourned to 17 May 2016 to allow the applicant time to prepare documentation including a signed lease for the premises.
