The chair advised that item 9, Licensing Act 2003: The Charlie Chaplin, 26 New Kent Road, London SE1 6TJ, would be considered as urgent.
At this point the chair advised that item 6, Licensing Act 2003: City Alpha, Cherry Garden Pier, London SE16 4TU and item 7, Licensing Act 2003: City Gamma, Cherry Garden Pier, London SE16 4TU would be considered together as the applications were identical and the representations were the same for both.
