Sub-Committee discussion.
Minutes:
Manpreet Mahal (external auditor) attended the committee to discuss the scope and process for the review of rents for council commercial premises. A sample of premises had been selected and would be studied in depth. The audit would not make policy recommendations but would assess whether existing policy is being consistently applied. The report would be provided to OSC and would then enable the committee to complete its review and make any recommendations to cabinet.
