There were two urgent questions, one to the leader of the council and the other to the chair of the planning committee.  The written responses to which were circulated on white paper at the meeting.  Two supplemental questions were asked of the leader of the council.  All questions and written responses are attached as Appendix 2 to the minutes.

There were 31 members’ questions, the written responses to which were circulated on yellow paper at the meeting.  There were 19 supplemental questions, all questions and written responses are attached as Appendix 3 to the minutes.
