To approve as a correct record the open minutes of the council assembly meetings held on 25 February, 25 March and 16 May 2015 (to be circulated separately).

Councillor Damian O’Brien’s name had been misspelt in the minutes of 25 February and 25 March 2015, so with those corrections the meeting:

RESOLVED:

That the open minutes of the council assembly meetings held on 21 January, 25 February, 25 March and 16 May 2015 be agreed and signed as a correct record, subject to corrections to Councillor Damian O’Brien’s name in the minutes of 25 February and 25 March 2015.
