To consider the constitutional steering panel’s proposals for meetings of council assembly in the 2015/16 municipal year.

In accordance with council assembly procedure rule 2.11 (2), the report was formally moved by the Mayor.
The recommendations contained within the report were put to the vote and declared to be carried.
RESOLVED:
That the following dates for meetings of council assembly be agreed and that these dates be fixed in the council calendar for the 2015/16 municipal year:
