Executive Functions 2015/16

Council assembly is asked to note the appointment by the leader of cabinet portfolio members and the leader’s report on the delegation of executive functions.

In accordance with council assembly procedure rule 4.4. the leader of the council, Councillor Peter John, reported on the appointment of members of the cabinet and the determination and allocation of their functions (see below for full list of the cabinet and deputy cabinet members).

 

RESOLVED:

 

1.  That council assembly noted the leader’s report on changes to the delegation of executive functions.

 

2.  That council assembly noted that as a consequence of the above the proper constitutional officer will update Part 3 of the constitution in accordance with the leader’s report on the delegation of executive functions.
