Agenda item

Any member of the council may submit an amendment to a report or motion on the agenda.  The amendments will be circulated to all members in a supplemental agenda.

Amendments are set out in supplemental agenda 2.

At the close of the meeting the chief executive apologised to the Mayor and members for the absence of the Mace bearer and the Mace, she promised to look into the matter and report back to members.
