10.1 The chair recommended some repeat training on the Francis Inquiry using the material provided by the law firm who conducted the training last time. It was suggested that, budget permitting, Patient Opinion be invited to contribute and explain how to maximise patient voice. The project manager highlighted an upcoming Public Health member development session.
