Councillor Lisa Rajan reported (for the purposes of item 8 on the main agenda, Autistic Spectrum Conditions Strategy – Outcome of the Statutory Consultation) that she had previously declared a personal prejudicial interest at the December 2008 executive in respect of the Autistic Spectrum Conditions Strategy. She advised that it had since been established that she in fact did not have a personal prejudicial interest in this issue.
