To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the open section of the meeting held on

4.1  The minutes of the meetings held 1^st February 2012 were approved as an accurate record after the following amendments:-

Page 3 – paragraph 6 – “Aherne” be corrected to read “Ahern”.

Page 4 – paragraph 3 -  “Aherne” be corrected to read “Ahern”.
