Hawkstone Estate – Potential Item of business for Scrutiny

8.1  The council has chosen enhanced refurbishment for the Hawkstone low rise blocks of flats as the preferred option.  Members agreed that scrutiny should receive a written briefing considering the lessons learned in relation to the consultation, in a one session meeting. 

8.2  It was also agreed to consider the Abbeyfields blocks in light of the works planned for the Hawkstone blocks.
