Councillor Susan Elan Jones declared a personal but non prejudicial interest in item 7.1 – Regeneration of the Elephant and Castle as she is a non remunerated director of Estmanco, 58-60 St Georges’ Road Limited, which owns a site next to one of the regeneration sites.
Councillor Richard Thomas declared a personal but non prejudicial interest in items 7.2 and 7.4 - Primary school places in Dulwich and primary school provision in Dulwich, as he has just completed the 2010 school admissions process for schools in the Dulwich area for his daughter.
