The planning officer presented the report and members asked questions of the officer.

Supported made representations.

The applicants representative did not wish to speak.

There were no supporters who lived within 100 metres of the development who wished to speak.

No members spoke in their capacity as ward councillor

RESOLVED

That application 11-AP-3581 be approved subject to the conditions set out in the report with:

i.  The inclusion of a new condition requiring the applicant to paint the duct black
