To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 16 November 2011.

RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the 16 November 2011 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the chair.

Councillor Adele Morris informed the meeting that she had heard back from the council’s planning enforcement team who had fed back to her about the lawfulness of some developments in Clennam Street. This had been minuted as an action point at the previous meeting.
