The officer presented his report. Members had questions. Members asked that officers report back to a future committee on any illegal pitches and provide more information on any un-used pitches that had been omitted from Appendix 2.

RESOLVED:

That the committee resolved to publish notice of its intention to rescind or vary the licence street designations detailed in Appendix 2 of the report.

The meeting closed at 8.15pm.
