Residents or persons working in the borough may ask questions on any matter in relation to which the council has powers or duties.

The chair encouraged attendees to submit their questions in writing. The following public question was received:

• “Lendlease ignored the presence of asbestos in their environmental impact assessments submitted to the planning department in relation to the Heygate. Will the council ensure that, this is not ignored when considering the reopening of any pathways through the Heygate?“
