There were apologies for absence from Councillors Lorraine Lauder MBE (due to mayoral business), and Darren Merrill; and for lateness from Councillors Neil Coyle and Abdul Mohamed. Councillor Patrick Diamond gave his apologies for having to leave the meeting temporarily to attend to an urgent matter in his ward.
