To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 8 June 2011.

RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 8 June 2011 be agreed as an accurate record of that meeting and signed by the chair subject to the following amendment:

Page 2, last paragraph which currently reads “The meeting heard calls for 20 mph zones to be abolished and for free parking to be introduced”.  Should read:

“The meeting heard calls for controlled parking zones to be abolished and free parking to be introduced”.
